The building has been designed with naturally ventilated plant rooms to the NE and SW corners of level 1 and 2. There is a roof top plant room with internal and external plant areas.

The building has an automatic start backup generator to run the lifts and emergency services.

There are areas suitable for equipment such as boilers, UPS and Generator backup power, Medical Gasses, Suction, Medical waste compressed air.

These areas are outside the suite areas and are available after negotiating your requirements with the building owners.

The high floor to floor heights in the building allow for a generous ceiling space for services and allow for the installation of HEAPA filtration if required over procedure areas.

All of the services in the building have been professionally designed with the future needs of the building occupants in mind.

The building is a smart building with a BMS (Building Management System Computer) controlling energy and water usage throughout the building. The BMS also monitors and controls the Air Conditioning within the building. This saves on running costs and allows for remote access to assist with items such as temperature change for occupants as well as remote diagnostics for quick resolution of any problems without the need to wait for a service technician to visit the site.
